Ms. Drescher is a community based Physician Assistant and Registered Dietitian currently employed in Missoula, Montana. She delivers individualizes care to rural IBD patients, who may otherwise not have access to care. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona; then completed a Dietetic Internship at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY. During her training, she developed an interested in how the interplay of the native gut biome could influence the immune system and patient outcomes. She then attended Midwestern University and earned a Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She has been working in Gastroenterology, primarily caring for Inflammatory Bowel Patients, since. She is a member of the American Gastroenterological Association, Crohn’s Colitis Foundation of America and America Academy of Physician Assistants.
